Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 May 2026

Power4Progress ("P4P", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit power4progress.gr or otherwise interact with us, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for processing your personal data is Power4Progress, Kleisthenous 60, 15344 Gerakas, Greece. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at info@power4progress.gr.

2. Information we collect

We collect personal data in three ways: (a) information you provide directly, such as your name, email address and message when you use our contact form, or your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter; (b) information collected automatically when you browse the site, including your IP address, device and browser type, language, referring URL, pages viewed and timestamps; and (c) information collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

3. How we use your data

We process your personal data to respond to your inquiries and follow up on requests, to deliver newsletter content you have requested, to operate, secure and improve our website, to comply with legal obligations and to defend our legal rights. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.

4. Legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR: your consent (for newsletter subscriptions and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site, ensuring its security, and pursuing business communications; the performance of pre-contractual or contractual steps at your request (responding to project inquiries); and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers acting as our processors under written agreements: Resend (transactional and contact-form email delivery), Google (analytics, if enabled), and our hosting provider. We may also disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where applicable, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission or other safeguards permitted by GDPR Chapter V.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function and do not need consent. Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) are only set with your consent and help us understand how visitors use the site. You can withdraw or change cookie consent at any time via your browser settings.

8. Data retention

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after our last correspondence, unless a longer period is required for legal or contractual reasons. Newsletter subscribers' email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Server logs are retained for up to 12 months for security purposes.

9. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access your personal data; to request rectification of inaccurate data; to request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). To exercise any right, email info@power4progress.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for professional and business audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the website.
